This policy covers the Cairn marketing website at cairnerp.com. It explains what information we collect here, why, and the choices you have. The Cairn product itself is governed by the agreement we sign with each customer.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we ask for your name, work email, company, title, current ERP or system, company size, and an optional note about what you want to solve. That is the personal information this site collects.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also records basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
We use the information you give us for one purpose: responding to your demo request and communicating with you about Cairn. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it
Your information is stored with the cloud hosting providers that run this site and our product infrastructure, and passes through the email providers we use to reply to you. These providers process it on our behalf and only to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request information for as long as we are in an active conversation with you, and we delete it when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email najib@cairnerp.com and we will act on your request promptly.
